Yao-Ching Tseng was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 1989, and is a graduate of National Taiwan Normal University. He started drawing and writing comic books since 2012. Always experimenting with new mediums, his works are characterised by freedom of expression, with shapes and figures attempting to transcend their function as a simple medium and become an integral part of the story. In 2013, Tseng awarded the Best New Talent from Taiwan Comic Base with his comic The Daughter of Comic. He was invited to France to showcase his works as participated artist at the Angouleme International Comics Festival in 2018 and Quai des Bulles Festival in Saint-Malo.
羅寗 Ning LO

Coming from Hsinchu, LO is a freelancer for illustration and graphic design. In her spare time she enjoys walking around the streets. In 2017, she participated in Hong Kong Comics Festival and the Taipei Illustration Fair in 2018.
The main inspiration of her works comes from the life where we live. She like to observe the details around her, and try putting the elements and scenery in works to give the story. It has been a way to know herself and the world by creating. And also expecting that more people can enjoy life and feel the connection of our land through her works.
李瑋恩 Weien LEE
www.facebook.com/weien1109
Born and raised in Taipei, graduated from the Product Design at Ming Chuan University in Taiwan and the Master of Illustrator of the University of Creative Arts in the UK.
Weien uses beautiful and sometimes decorative imagery to communicate darker and sinister narratives, subverting our expectations and stereotypes of contemporary society. She is interested in using sequential imagery to tell stories about contemporary society. Her narrative themes focus on social issues, in particular inequality in society. Her narratives highlight cultural inequalities both in eastern and western societies.
The meaning of artistic creation for Weien is she could found recognition from herself and others through the works she made. She hopes that if she could be a successful artist, other children who also have the fond of arts could have a more comfortable path to the art career in Taiwan.
