Come rain or shine, Woody Allen returns to the city of New York which he was totally in love with. Going to Manhattan for a romantic weekend, undergraduate lovebirds are met with extremely bad weather and their vacation quickly goes haywire – she interviews a famous director but gets caught up in a love triangle with men twice her age, and he stars in his friend’s “modern film noir classic” but ends up French-kissing Selena Gomez. Timothée Chalamet and Elle Fanning bring untamed beauty to the idiosyncratic Allen’s romantic comedy – a refreshed love letter to Manhattan.
