Senior IT Support Officer (Ref: SITSO)


Job Duties

  • Design, develop and implement software components according to system requirements;
  • Design SQL queries and develop procedures based on functional specification to ensure data exchange and system integration;
  • Generate reports with different types, templates and optional operation;
  • Prepare test case and conduct UAT testing;
  • Technical support including trouble shooting, performance tuning, customization, deployment and usage;
  • Support system end users;
  • Server, switch and networking setup.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or relevant discipline;
  • Around 1 – 2 years’ relevant working experience in software development;
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns and UML state chart;
  • Hands-on experience in developing software in MS Windows, Visual Studio or Linux;
  • Experience in C++/C# programming with good debugging skills;
  • Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB;
  • Familiar with Student Support System or membership database system is a plus;
  • Strong self-motivation; a good team player, with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties

  • Manage and coordinate the planning and implementation of an arts projects and events from beginning to project completion;
  • Support in the preparation, execution and reporting of the projects;

Requirements

  • Possess a recognized university degree in relevant discipline;

Director of Marketing – Partnerships, PR & Events (Ref: DM-PPE)


Job Duties

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives, collaborating with Senior Management team across HKAS, Programming team and administrative departments
  • Support strategic objectives in line with HKAC and HKAS
  • Lead PR and media marketing strategy and initiatives across HKAC and HKAS, developing strong media relations with local and overseas publications
  • Oversee HKAC and HKAS marketing platforms including website, digital media, printed materials
  • Develop and execute brand values and messaging throughout marketing materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in leading marketing teams across varied marketing functions including PR, communications, digital media, online search, events
  • Strong marketing experience with customer focus, proven relationship management, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience in setting up marketing policies, procedures and managing budgets

We are seeking a Marketing Director – Partnerships, PR & Events to lead our marketing across Hong Kong Arts Centre (HKAC) and Hong Kong Art School (HKAS). Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Director, the Marketing Director – Partnerships, PR & Events will help to lead our strategic marketing initiatives, identify new synergistic opportunities across the organisation and work closely with all internal and external partners and stakeholders, in order to raise HKAC’s visibility and profile in Hong Kong and abroad. Focus will include on-brand messaging and effective leveraging of resources to create compelling marketing and communications campaigns.

Job Duties

  • Handle venue related enquiries, conducting site visits, follow up venue bookings including booking processing, account servicing and documentation work

  • Be able to work independently at the same time demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills with good knowledge in operation and stakeholder management
  • Have good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and non-office hours, work on shift according to the duty roster assigned
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and organization skills and attentive to details
  • Good command of PC knowledge

Over the years, Hong Kong Arts Centre has offered opportunities to local and overseas university students to gain an exciting and fulfilling experience through our internship and volunteer schemes. Our internship programme provides an excellent opportunity for their students to explore their potential through hands-on work experience, gaining exposure to the different aspects in the operation of the Hong Kong Arts Centre. Are you art lovers? Do you have time to spare? Join the Hong Kong Arts Centre as a volunteer! Our volunteers come from a variety backgrounds, helping with events and programmes and providing administrative support to the Hong Kong Arts Centre. They are also trained to give docent tours. Volunteers can participate in various types of service, depending on their knowledge, interest and availability. No previous experience is required. Let us know your availability.
