The 8th programme of Culture Masseur: Talking Heads is “Art X Climate Change” where Yuki Tazaki, expert in concept development, creative direction production in art & science and architecture projects would co-lead the Online Hackathon with Joel Kwong, Programme Director of Microwave International New Media Arts Festival and the Founder of SIBYLS.

The Hackathon aims to lead participants to reflect and respond to some of the most significant climate crises in Hong Kong, such as sea level rises and storm tides, through adaptive architecture and environment design.

The programme would be followed by the Online Artist Presentation and Chill-chat Aalon, where Yuki Tazaki would be sharing his research in how work of art could inspire new sustainable design in tackling various climate crises. Furthermore, he would initiate a conversation with speakers from cross-disciplinary backgrounds, to elaborate on the relations of climate change and art.
