I came across a very special Cantonese character, "𠫬," which is the same as the character "幽". This character instantly brought to mind a series of words: serene, beautiful, subtle, delicate, deep, and night, among others. It became the source of inspiration for my works and the name "𠫬天" (The Lovely Sky).
Objective scenes are the same for everyone, but when we infuse personal emotions into them, they become unique, carrying a distinctive artistic conception. Each person's state of mind and feelings are different; therefore, even the same scenery can evoke varied responses.
I am not a professional artist, painter, or fine artist; I am simply an amateur painting enthusiast. I enjoy expressing my thoughts, emotions, and viewpoints through painting. This time, I hope to convey these feelings through the canvas, presenting an unreachable sky at a close distance. Thank you for coming to view these over one hundred works and for engaging in a silent dialogue with me.
