Street Music Series – Coaching & Demo Production
The Jockey Club Street Music Series (2015-2017), co-presented by the Hong Kong Arts Centre and Kung Music Workshop, receives nearly HK$13 million funding from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust to proactively foster local music talents. The Series not only introduces to the public various kinds of music through concerts, but also organises music coaching workshops with professionals to nurture musicians of the next generations.
By these approaches, the programme encourages musicians to interact with all walks of life and further develop their music. The Jockey Club Street Music Series had started to help musicians to record original songs since 2016.
