Ensure the quality assurance of all aspects of programme delivery, assessment and student support. Assist to design and manage the review processes for the academic programmes as well as to provide recommendations for quality enhancement.
Manage the institutional compliance to meet with professional, statutory and regulatory body requirements.
Participate in the accreditation processes.
Be responsible for the administering and evaluation of surveys in collecting feedback from key stakeholders including students, tutors, sponsors etc.
Develop and manage the operational plan that support the goals and vision of the School.
Conduct regular reviews on workflows, guidelines and procedures and make necessary changes to ensure operational effectiveness.
Ensure the accurate and up-to-date information on programmes, events and activities disseminated to corresponding teams e.g. marketing, admission, registry etc. for timely publication.
Lead and optimize the full admission cycle, from initial inquires through enrolment and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
Manage the School’s projects assigned and supervise the project teams.
Take part in School-wide activities such as graduation ceremony, marketing events, orientation day etc.
Participate in School Council meetings, and work with the School Director for presentations and documentations.
Take up any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Degree holder with at least 8 years or above relevant work experience, with at least 3 years at managerial level and preferably solid experience in tertiary education.
Demonstrated expertise in tertiary education is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, independent and possess strong sense of responsibility.
Proven ability to adapt and to work highly effectively in a multi-tasked environment under high pressure with high volume of work.
Excellent team building, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Our volunteers come from a variety backgrounds, helping with events and programmes and providing administrative support to the Hong Kong Arts Centre. They are also trained to give docent tours. Volunteers can participate in various types of service, depending on their knowledge, interest and availability. No previous experience is required. Let us know your availability.
