Blown Sugar Art: Blown Sugar Workshop - Chinese Craft

Blown sugar is a traditional craft safeguarded in the Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage List. The history of sugar blowing goes back to over 600 years ago. In the workshop, participants will try to work with heated maltose to create sugar figurines by blowing into a straw.
