Two young filmmakers shoot their documentary debut at a tiny and old studio apartment in Tung Chau Street - the poorest area in Hong Kong - where numerous conflicts arise among the three refugees residing in the narrow and difficult space. Going through setbacks and predicament, the two reflect on “the reality of documentaries”.

Fading Flame the Disappearance of Funeral Industry in Wanchai

The funeral industry was once flourishing in Wan Chai but now vanished completely. Hardly can we find the slightest trace in the streets and avenues that we walk past every day. We are going to follow the footprints of old neighbours to look into the funeral industry, which was once flourishing at the time, in multiple perspectives.

The Life and Times of Ho Chung Village

The Life and Times of Ho Chung Village collects old photos of many families from Ho Chung Village. The pictures from the past travel through time, allowing the viewer to experience the flow of memories as time moves from right to left, finally settling before their eyes. It is a journey of time, of change, and of memories.

Disappearing in Central

In the 70s and 80s,the printing industry was extremely active in Hong Kong,especially in Central and Sheung Wan districts. Not only have the old skills and color of Hong Kong been disappearing, but also the human warmth associated with the industry.
